Psychotherapy and psychoanalysis

Individual talking therapy for anyone who feels stuck, who is struggling with themselves and/or with others, or who is 'simply' curious about themselves as a subject.

Adolescents and adults. Individual sessions by appointment. No waiting list at present.

The practice

Throughout our lives, we all face challenges, emotions, doubts, questions and conflicts, in many different areas. Yet each person's experience is unique, and it deserves to be understood within their own story. In my work, I support people as they search for a meaning of their own: how their difficulties fit together and what they set in motion, what might help and what, on the contrary, makes them worse, always attuned to what each person is seeking help with. Our inner world can be 'hazy', though, which can make it hard to put into words what is not working, or no longer works. There is room for that too.

My practice is about making room for your story. I invite you to speak, with respect for your subjectivity. As a psychologist, I look for what fits your needs, what is possible for you and the way you experience things. In the first, exploratory sessions, we therefore also take the time to look actively at the individual experiences that may be holding you back in life, and at the position you take towards them. Together, we look for what can help to ease suffering, to improve your quality of life and to take an active stance towards what is difficult.
